VIP TDS CARD CAMPAIGN
AS A TDS MEMBER, YOU WILL NOW ENJOY MORE!
TDS, a well-known company that spoils its members to the extreme is launching a new product again. After our last event where member had the opportunity to exchange, their SD decoders free of charge to a HD decoder, it is time for our next gimmick. TDS on July 17 is introducing a VIP CARD. The TDS VIP CARD is a card that offers the member their account number at hand but at the same time in close cooperation with CINEMARK, will offer all members with NO outstanding balance, the opportunity to watch all movies showing at CINEMARK in SAMBIL between Thursday and Sundays 2X1 (2 for 1) or 4X2 (4 for 2). Being a member of TDS with a zero balance gives you member now the opportunity to enjoy your favorite movies during the weekend at CINEMARK. Also with this VIP Card, you also get 25% discount at the concessionary on several combos. The best part of it is, that the card is FREE of Charge. Naturally, there are terms & conditions that goes along with the card however, the most important ones are that the member cannot have an outstanding balance after the 2nd day of the month, and the account holder must be the one purchasing the tickets at Cinemark with a valid ID.
The cards will be distributed on July 17-18-19 and 20, 2018 between 14:00 and 19:00 at SAMBIL in the Conference Center. TDS has structured the card distribution via the last name of the members.

July 17th 2018 all last names that start with letters: A-B-C-D-E
July 18th 2018 all last names that start with letters: F-G-H-I-J-K-L
July 19th 2018 all last names that start with letters: M-N-O-P
July 20th 2018 all last names that start with letters: Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z
Once the member has the VIP Card, he or she must activate the card via www.cinemarkca.com. TDS will be handing out numbers every morning starting at 9.00am on the mentioned dates, this to coordinate the process and to minimize the wait. TDS would like to inform that members that were NOT active at the end of May 2018 will not receive a card on the mentioned dates, but after the event.
If a member has already made their payment, please do not forget to bring the proof of payment along.
TDS also recommends all members to know their account number to speed up the process.

Important note: All members may authorize a third person to collect the card. To do so, the member must write an authorization letter, including a copy of their ID and mention the authorized person in this letter.
 
 
MANDATORY MAINTENANCE FROM OCTOBER 16 - 26, 2018
TDS schedules a maintenance twice a year for the security of the channels offered by TDS.
The first maintenance will be held from October 16 - October 26, 2018.

TDS will transmit a signal to all active TDS decoders and therefore we kindly, yet strongly, request all clients to have their TDS decoders turned on, and on any channel. Your television may remain off.

Once the TDS decoder receives the signal, the image will disappear for about 1 to 2 hours. This will enable the signal to be incorporated into the TDS decoder.
We must emphasize on the importance of having the TDS decoder turned on during the maintenance window on October 16 - October 26, 2018. If the TDS decoder is turned off during this maintenance window, it will not receive the signal.

Unfortunately, due to the vast amount of TDS subscribers, it is not possible to stipulate exact dates and/or times that each TDS decoder receives the signal, which is why we are allotting the maintenance window of October 16 - October 26, 2018.

TDS apologizes for any inconvenience this important scheduled maintenance may cause you. Please contact Helpdesk immediately at 9242 our Facebook page TDS HIGHLIGHTS, or our website www.tds.live if after 2 hours you notice that your TDS decoder is not functioning, following the signal maintenance. Our Helpdesk line 9242 is free of charge for all Chippie and Fixed UTS numbers.
 
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY FOR STARTER PACKAGE
This Package (Esun Chiki), consists of 29 video channels and 20 audio channels subject to change without prior notification unanimously by TDS.
This package comes with a maximum of one (1) HD decoder maximum. No additional decoders allowed.
Tiers are allowed to this package however at a different price. Customers are allowed to request PPV with this package inclusive TUMBA, MLB and others.
Installation charge for this package is ANG75.00 excl OB and may vary if TDS requires doing so. Customers with the starter package are NOT allowed to call 9242 for technical issues but MUST visit UTS HelpDesk where after testing of the equipment, HELPDESK may schedule a technician to visit the address of the member.
This package is only available at TDS Sta Rosaweg, until further notice.
A channel list specially designed for this package goes along with each subscription on this package.
Whenever a customer upgrades from Starter, he or she are NOT allowed to downgrade back to the starter package without prior written approval from TDS management.
All payments for this package are due on the 1 st day of the month. Customers must always remain with a zero (ANG0.00) Balance.
